Our building houses the following departments/programs: Administration, Access, Customer Services, Community Integration Services, Children and Family Services, OBRA, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Residential Recovery Services (RSS) and Adult Professional Services.

Driving to the CMH Administration Building:

North End Directions:

Take M-25 South which becomes Pine Grove Ave/I-69BL/I-94BL. Turn right onto 10th Ave. at the light this will turn into 10th Street. Take this for approximately 3 miles to Electric Ave. (there will be a light at the corner turning onto Electric Ave -Mercy Hospital will be on the corner). Continue to follow Electric Ave. to CMH (3111 Electric Ave just past 16th St.).

I-69 Directions:

Take I-69 east all the way to Port Huron. When approaching the I-94 junction, take the I-69 business loop exit (Exit #199). The I-69 freeway will end at 24th Street and become a one-way (Oak Street). Follow Oak St. to 16th Street, which is the second light after 24th Street, and take a right. Take 16th Street to Electric Avenue. Turn right on Electric Avenue (this is a one-way street heading right only), CMH is on your immediate right.

I-94 Directions:

Take I-94 all the way to Port Huron. Exit at the downtown exit/ I-69 business loop (Exit #271), which is the next exit after the Range Road exit. The I-69 freeway will end at 24th Street and become a one-way (Oak Street) Follow Oak St. to 16th Street, which is the second light after 24th Street, and take a right. Take 16th Street to Electric Avenue. Turn right on Electric Avenue (this is a one-way street heading right only), CMH is on your immediate right.

Take I-94 East to I-69 West toward Flint (23.0 miles). Take the Capac Rd. exit 176 toward Capac (0.5 miles). Turn right onto Capac Rd (1.1 miles). Capac Rd. becomes S. Main St. (0.8 miles). Turn left onto W. Kempf Court (0.1 miles). Take the 2nd right onto N. Glassford Street (0.04 miles).  411 N. Glassford Street is on the left. 

Port Huron to CMH West:

Take Griswold until it turns into I-69 West toward Flint (23.0 miles). Take the Capac Rd. exit 176 toward Capac (0.5 miles). Turn right onto Capac Rd (1.1 miles). Detroit to CMH South - Algonac:

Take I-94 to the 23 mile Rd. exit, turn right on 23 mile Rd. Travel 23 mile Rd. through New Baltimore and Fair Haven until you end in Algonac. 23 mile Rd. changes names several times; starts as 23 mile Rd. then becomes Green St, then Dixie Hwy, then M-29, then Dyke Rd. then Pte Tremble Rd. then St. Clair River Dr. in Algonac. From the light at McDonald' in Algonac, travel to 2nd St, Michigan St, turn left onto Michigan at the Speedway gas station, ½ block to the Down River Community Services building. CMH is on the 2nd floor, Suite D.

Port Huron to CMH South - Algonac:

Take I-94 to Wadhams exit, turn left on Wadhams, crossing over I-94. Travel on Wadhams, which turns into Indian Trail until you reach Marine City Hwy which is also 26 Mile Rd. Turn left on Marine City Hwy, travel to Marsh Rd., turning right onto Marsh Rd.. Take Marsh into Algonac. Turn right on State St (4 way stop) and take to St. Clair River Dr. Turn left onto St. Clair River Dr, to 2nd street, Michigan St, turn left onto Michigan at the Speedway gas station, ½ block to Down River Community Services building. CMH  is on the 2nd floor, Suite D.

Port Huron to CMH South - Algonac via the River Rd.:

Take M-29 south until Broadway in Marine City, turn right on Broadway, which changes name to Fairbanks and then Parker. Stay on Parker, which changes back to M-29, until you reach Algonac, the road then becomes St. Clair River Dr. Turn right onto Liberty St., 1st stop sign is Michigan St, turn left on Michigan ½ block, turn left into parking lot of Downriver Community Service Bldg. CMH is on the 2nd floor, Suite D.

Take I-94 toward Port Huron to the 26 mile Rd. exit (32.5 miles). Take the 26 mile Rd. exit 248 toward Marine City. (0.3 miles). Turn right onto 26 mile Rd. (1.0 miles). 26 mile Rd. becomes Marine City Hwy (11. 1 miles). Turn right onto King Rd. (1.2 miles). Turn left onto Chartier Rd. (0.1 miles). Chartier Rd. becomes Chartier Ave. (0.3 miles). Turn left onto S. Parker St. / M-29 (0.7 miles).

Port Huron to CMH South - Marine City:

Griswold until it turns into I-69 North. Merge onto I-94 via the exit on the left toward Detroit (14.0 miles). Take the Wadhams Rd. Exit - Exit 262 (0.3 miles). Turn left onto S. Wadhams Rd. (3.4 miles). Turn left onto Fred W. Moore Hwy (2.0 miles). Turn right onto King Rd. (7.4 miles). Turn left onto Chartier Rd. (0.1 miles). Chartier Rd. becomes Chartier Ave. (0.3 miles). Turn left onto S. Parker St. / MI-29 (0.7 miles). End at South Parker St.

Port Huron to CMH South - Marine City via the River Rd:

Take M-29 south until Broadway in Marine City, turn right on Broadway, which changes name to Fairbanks and then Parker. The Marine City office is on the left/east side of Parker, across from the Marathon Gas Station.
